Regarding Wiki Request 13553 and your Block

Hi Zhangyuhao,

Regarding the above-captioned wiki request, it has been declined multiple times by me and other wiki creators, citing Content Policy provision, "Miraheze does not host wikis with the sole purpose to spread unsubstantiated insult, hate or rumours against a person or group of people." Wikis that propose to write about real people are scrutinized more closely by wiki creators than, say, a wikis about a computer game, a television series, or a novel, because of the potential for the wiki to either (a) expose private, personal information of real people without their consent, (b) contain potentially libelous information about real people, or (c) contain otherwise harassing information about real people, all of which contravene the Miraheze Code of Conduct, Content Policy, and other global policies.

Because communication is required, between both the requestor and the wiki creator, you appeared to be tendentiously resubmitting the same wiki request multiple times, without an indication as to having received the message, so @RhinosF1: has blocked you indefinitely as not being here to contribute in a positive manner.

Please note that you should not attempt to any circumvent this local block on Meta, per user accounts policy. If you wish to discuss your block, you may add {{unblock}} to your user talk page, which has been left open for a reasonable number of unblock requests, with the blocking administrator. As well, note that indefinite does not mean permanent; it just means that there is no defined timeframe on the block until such time as the administrator is satisfied that corrective action will be made by the user who has been blocked.
