User accounts policy warning

Hi WolfMan,

Following my noticing this suspect user page, I  confirmed with 1997kB that it was indeed not their account. As such, the account has been  globally locked in accordance with our Username Policy for impersonation of either a Miraheze user or a Wikimedia established user. Following that, seeing the likelihood for abuse of user accounts policy on your nicolopediawiki, I performed a CheckUser investigation and confirmed that you were the operator of this account as well as of Aviram, which was also  locked on the same basis. I noticed a number of other user accounts belonging to you, so I wanted to take this time to:

• (a) ask that you read, or re-read, user accounts policy, confirming that you understand (by way of a reply) and asking any clarifying questions (where appropriate);
• (b) ask that you fully disclose all of your user accounts on either your Meta user page or your global user page (on Loginwiki) Note: If you do not disclose your alternate accounts within a reasonable period of time, I will add them to a list of alternate accounts on a subpage of either of those; and,
• (c) notify you that you are now subject to an indefinite Steward-imposed global user restriction, requiring you to create any user accounts while logged in to your WolfMan (main) account, ideally on Meta Wiki (for transparency). This user restriction may be appealed to Stewards via e-mail to stewardsmiraheze.org after at least three (3) calendar months have passed since its imposition.

Might I try to ask what you were doing with the accounts (quite possibly more and rather odd given the various hidden log summaries)? Perhaps we could work this out.

Closure will take a little time to see who else is involved unless the other contributors are you as well (it would save time if you simply disclosed all other accounts you operate, per the above).

We don't like just shutting down wikis and locking people as puppetmasters, especially if they're willing to discuss what's going on so we can maybe find a way for the wiki to exist. We just need a more clear idea of what you're doing there. If you just want to shut down and leave Miraheze in spite of this we can look in a little further and process that. The main issue is that accounts created on Miraheze are created for the entire platform - one name is valid on any wiki, so the name of a very notable Wikipedia user carries a lot of weight, resulting in this issue. --Raidarr (talk) 11:46, 19 May 2022 (UTC)

@Raidarr: I didn't know that creating an account on Mirahez in the name of a minor contributor working on Wikipedia would cause such a huge uproar, the reason I created the rights account was because I was the only one working on my wiki, which I did not like it, although if you want, you can use the rights of the member checker to lock my main account and other accounts globally, which I will not oppose in the slightest, I would like to tell you that any Wikipedia people ask No, and now telling the work of wikipedia remarkable, on my own request a wiki was created for me, now i want to remove that wiki, and in fact mirahez is a free wiki webhosting site, Thank you for making my dreams come true.thanks! Nirahua Tiger | ✎  12:32, 19 May 2022 (UTC)

@WolfMan: Wikis on Miraheze are founded rather than owned, so we need to verify that 'basically everyone' who has at least recently contributed on the wiki is okay with this. You have made several accounts based on non-minor, actually very notable Wikipedia users with advanced rights, so it's clearly not an accident and it wasn't called out because 1. the Wikipedia users didn't know, they said no when we asked just recently and 2. it didn't come up to us until someone noticed edits claiming to be an admin through a notable Wikipedia admin name on the login wiki. I'm just wondering why you did this and if you can disclose how far it goes so the wiki can be closed sooner. Otherwise we will have to look into all active contributors of the wiki one by one and see which are legitimate users with a stake in the wiki and which are 'spoofing' the wiki's activity. If you can clarify if most/all accounts that aren't other Miraheze volunteers are accounts you made, it would be easier and we can close the wiki as a project chiefly contributed to by you in one form or another.

I did not initially assume you meant to abuse these names or accounts. Perhaps you wanted to 'roleplay' a Wikipedia of your own. This would be possible if you made the right disclaimers and didn't use the exact names, and it can still be worked out. However it looks odd for this to come up, and then you wish the wiki to be removed without challenge or explanation at all. We must find clarity on this one way or another, and then the wiki can be cleanly removed. --Raidarr (talk) 13:25, 20 May 2022 (UTC)

@Raidarr: Perhaps I think that some of the accounts created by me have been created using the name of member accounts of Hindi Wikipedia and two of English Wikipedia and 1 member of Meta Wikimedia, but some Wikipedia editor himself has created an account on Nicolopedia, Those notable editors of Wikipedia don't even know, but I have not used their names wrongly, I wanted to grow your Wikipedia, but no one was eager to work on my wiki, name me these Wikipedia editors. I used it so that people could work on my wiki, but I failed, I think it is better to live with everyone than to live in a lonely forest. If you want, you can delete all my accounts, but this task will not be so easy for you.Regards

WolfMan, while not necessarily an essential prerequisite in all cases, given that (a) all or most pages on your wiki have, presumably, been copied from Bengali Wikipedia without attribution, or without correct attribution, together with the fact that the wiki's contributors have been you or your alternate accounts (i.e., non-exhaustive list inclusive of 1997kB, WolfMan, Aviram, /संजीव कुमार, UpdateBOT, SM7BOT, ££, ArchiveBot, SM7, Agent Viraj, and संजीव कुमार), I'm willing to undertake your request, but before doing so, I need to confirm that:

1. You are requesting all of the above alternate and main accounts to be locked; and that,
2. You are confirming that you either (i) will return the access/login credentials to the accounts or (ii) have a valid, registered e-mail address attached to all of them, should you wish to have any of the accounts unlocked, in order to either utilize them or request they be renamed in accordance with Username Policy (as applicable).

@Dmehus:, Ok, I will added valid gmail to all my accounts at this time and I request to change my account username according to Username Policy , and i also requested please unblock my 2 globally lock account after renamed My Other user accounts expected WolfMan, why i use all account on nicolopedia without any Concerns. But on meta i using WolfMan because this a my main alt account and i more request to you please block my other account excepted WolfMa

@Dmehus: I'll create a special category for all your other accounts on Nicolopedia and tagging Template:User Alternative on the Userpage of all your accounts and later on all other accounts on Nicolopedia as perpetual.
