You seem to have inadvertently added the <nowiki></nowiki> tags to your reply, possibly switching from VisualEditor's visual to source editing mode. Oh, well, that might be the cause...I'm not sure what the cause is then, and it's fine to use visual editing mode; just make sure you're using the previews and not inadvertently hitting the nowiki tag button instead of the signature button. Dmehus (talk) 19:29, 15 March 2021 (UTC)

WikiJS Yeah, I was just going to suggest I wondered if maybe you clicked on one of the default group names in Special:ListGroupRights on your Memepedia wiki, though there's bureaucrat is intentionally a redlink on new wikis. Alternatively, if you set Meta as a Project: namespace alias in Special:ManageWiki/namespaces on your wiki, that would definitely interfere with the meta interwiki prefix on your wiki, so that may have been the issue. Confirmation edit for Metatable

Hi WikiJS,

Since you apparently created Metatable logged out in this log action, would you mind having that alternate account confirm that it is an alternate account of WikiJS, perhaps by making an edit following this edit?

As a best practice when creating alternate accounts, you should try and create alternate accounts while logged in to your main account. This avoids having to create confirmation edits.
