Hello have a good day!

Welcome to Miraheze[edit source]

Hello, The zone and welcome to Miraheze! Miraheze is a free, non-for-profit wiki hosting service. If you would like to start a wiki please fill in this form or, if you'd like to contribute to an existing wiki, please see a few wikis here or the full list of wikis here. Note that (private) wikis aren't accessible unless you are given access, and closed wikis cannot be edited.

For more information, please see our FAQ. If you have any additional questions, concerns, or comments, please feel free to contact us. You are encouraged to create your user page, whether here on Meta (visible only when on Meta), or your global user page that visible on any Miraheze wiki where a user does not have a local user page and provided that the wiki has the GlobalUserPage extension enabled and, additionally, where the wiki is not using the SocialProfile extension. Should you decide to create your global user page on Loginwiki and wish for it to replace your Meta user page, simply add the {{delete}} template to the top of your Meta user page by copying and pasting this code ({{Delete|1=Author requests deletion, or author blanked.}}), and an administrator should delete it promptly (usually within 24 hours).

If you have any questions, after first reviewing FAQ and the help center, please don't hesitate to ask at the community noticeboard, but please be sure to end all new topics or replies you make on talk pages, user talk pages (like this one), and noticeboards with four tildes (~~~~) to include both (a) a username and (b) a properly formatted timestamp for our talk page archiving bot.

Thanks,

Wiki[edit source]

@Dmehus: I need a private wiki to host the bots they are too dangerous for this one so they need their own wiki to keep the Internet safe these bots of the power to cause mass destruction The zone (talk) 17:15, 31 December 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]

The zone, as Agent Isai and later I articulated in your wiki request, your wiki request speaks nothing of the content of your wiki. If you're just wanting a place to test bots on a wiki, please see this page on this wiki, where you can request the sysop and bureaucrat permission, then temporarily assign yourself, or your bot, the bot flag. Public Test Wiki is very accommodating, so long as you clean up after your tests. If your bots are "too dangerous" for that wiki, then they're almost certainly too dangerous for Miraheze. They will not be on this site they will be on a private wiki does that explain everything? The zone (talk) 18:15, 31 December 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Any wiki you request will be created as a part of Miraheze, thus a part of this site as a whole. Per above, if it's too dangerous for PTW, it's probably too dangerous for the platform be it because what you intend causes performance issues or results in broken data, which are really the only points where I can see 'too dangerous' as an issue. --22:32, 31 December 2021 (UTC) Raidarr (talk) 22:32, 31 December 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]

What do you want me to explain @Agent Isai — Preceding unsigned comment added by The zone (talkcontribs)

January 2022[edit source]

Hi The zone, I'm Agent Isai. I write to you to ask you to cease sending random wiki creators and volunteers messages regarding your wiki request. All this does is leave the wiki creators who have handled your request previously with a bad impression of you based on your lack of patience and understanding. As we have articulated, you are encouraged to use the Public Test Wiki. After you finish your edits, you can request a mass nuke of pages created by your bot or you yourself can manually delete or revert any edits (which is good practice for you in MediaWiki). Agent Isai Talk to me! 18:52, 31 December 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]

TheZone, you can send help yes, even so, I advise you to ask for help in the noticeboards which is the ideal place for that. I found the above @Agent Isai: comment unnecessary for a novice (inexperienced) user like you. Everyone here must be willing to help because they have become advanced rights with user votes and have to get involved in making the site even better. --YellowFrogger (Talk) 22:41, 31 December 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]
@YellowFrogger: I advice that before you make a comment, that you become informed on the issue at hand. This user sent various volunteers a message asking for them to approve their request. They were not attempting to lend help but instead to go around to various wiki creators to see who would create their wiki. Agent Isai Talk to me! 22:44, 31 December 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I know that, he even came to my talk page to ask for help on private wikis, so I know he's been asking for help on other users talk pages because no one chooses me to ask for help with things. --YellowFrogger (Talk) 22:51, 31 December 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Your Wiki Request[edit source]

With regards to your wiki request, would you please explain exactly what these bots are, what they do, and why you believe they are too dangerous to use on Public Test Wiki? — Arcversin (talk) 06:51, 1 January 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
