In regards to your wiki (mhgaz.miraheze.org)[edit source]

After a mistake-approval for your wiki, I would have to advise no work be done on it at the moment. I will be requesting that a Steward delete the wiki, because the wiki at gazetteer.miraheze.org is currently blacklisted, pending the community discussion, which has not yet concluded. I apologize for my mistake and any inconvenience it might have caused. Another thing worth noting is that when a discussion on the community noticeboard is ongoing, it is best to wait for an uninvolved person, such as a steward to close the discussion before acting upon it.

Re: Hey[edit source]

Hello, I did read your message regarding Crappypasta Italia three months after you left it to me because I was not active. I saw you were not around anymore so I did not answer you, thinking you probably were not going to read it anyway.

As for Bad Creepypasta Wikia, we have set it to private for the time being because one of the Wikias of its network has recently been targeted by vandals and we wanted to just have one Wikia to look after, but is temporary. Some pages of Bad Creepypasta Wikia have been also put on LOLPasta Wikia, though. Thanks for taking interest and have a good day. Grand Albert (talk) 17:13, 29 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

User talk:Peyton dodson bot[edit source]

Interesting your idea of making a tutorial on how people ask for a wiki and get it accepted (because most are being declined, and there is none page about this). However, I recommend that you don't create a talk page, for all users who ask for the wrong wiki, (insinuating to them that their request is wrong) because most in the beginning don't even know how to sign their comments and cause confusion. Also, it is a comment from peanut gallery comment YellowFrogger (Talk Edits) 21:01, 14 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

A bowl of strawberries for you![edit source]

Erdbeerteller01.jpg Thank you for creating User:Tali64³/How to write wiki requests. This was in my to-do list. I would like to move it to the mainspace to Guide to requesting wikis as it looks the preferred location of it, where it can be expanded by other users too. Thanks :) Magogre (talk) 14:36, 15 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I moved it to Guide to writing wiki requests, as it seems like a more appropriate name. Tali64³ (talk) 14:44, 15 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I'd like to offer a counter opinion; if a guide is unfinished, it should remain in the userspace so it is more clearly unofficial. If it is a work in progress it should also contain the Essay template to further mark it as a collaborative, but not necessarily commonly recognized work. Only when it has been reviewed by multiple sets of eyes clearly and is optimal for what it is, should it be presented as a cumulative work and a proper guide/piece of documentation. --Raidarr (talk) 14:54, 15 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Raidarr, you may tag it with {{essay}}, I see no problems. I wanted it to be moved to the mainspace because (a) not every user feels good to edit other's userspace and (b) it can be more visible in mainspace than in the userspace. --Magogre (talk) 15:16, 15 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I tagged it. Thank you for your input. Tali64³ (talk) 15:17, 15 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Primarly where I am coming from is a) userspace editing is a matter of expressed permission and is no issue if that is granted, and b) the visibility should accompany being ready enough to be taken as representative of the mainspace. It's a semantic discussion however, and something I'd address elsewhere. --Raidarr (talk) 15:42, 15 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Special:RequestWikiQueue/21971#mw-section-request[edit source]

I have already tried to make a project of this type but the request "Cutompaya" was not accepted YellowFrogger (Talk Edits) 03:41, 19 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I think my wiki request has enough information to be approved. Tali64³ (talk) 03:44, 19 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
It's not a matter of sufficient info, but because a wiki that is general to the scope of all wikis is something we've had before, and has not gone well. Ergo it would take exceptional persuasion (or 'fat fingers' :p) for the request to actually be approved. That said, I know at least one external wiki on the wider internet that covers this subject if you're interested. --Raidarr (talk) 10:48, 19 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Question[edit source]

Do you know how to host a wiki independently? Money12123 (contribs | CentralAuth) 04:10, 12 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

No. Even if I did, I don't have the resources to do so. Tali64³ (talk) 10:58, 12 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
