We need to maintain physical copies of all meeting minutes for a period of 6 years by UK legislation, so "when needed" is always. I can, however, start to put minutes and agendas up on the wiki in wikitext. Owen (talk) 15:38, 29 October 2020 (UTC)Reply[reply]
