Language Categories

Assuming you were actually creating the categories and the script wasn't doing it with your name: the language categories for users should be created automatically by the Babel extension. If it's not currently doing so, there may be a temporary issue with our JobQueue I'll look into later. So I'm just saying, thank you, but you shouldn't have to create these pages.
