Thanks for the {{ping}}. I'm quite busy, though, so doubt I'll have time to assist you personally. The MassMessage extension is not difficult to use. You usually just create either (a) a category or (b) a mass message content model page listing the pages you wish to message. You then use Special:MassMessage to send your mass messages. Note that using four tildes (~~~~) will sign as MediaWiki message delivery, so you should (a) include links to your user and user talk pages and (b) also include five tildes (~~~~~) to include a timestamp.
