This has been a huge topic on Miraheze lately[edit source]

I don't know why am I writing this on my talk page however, ever since Qualitipedia closed its doors on September 27, 2022, a few users who are still interested in the network are attempting to revive Qualitipedia by requesting wikis that are related to the official Qualitipedia wikis and telling Miraheze to reopen them. I don’t know why is this a huge topic on Miraheze now. KumihoWolffey or CameralTea (talk) 15:12, 12 October 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

I mean, the Stewards have rejected/declined requests for new reception wikis. So they don't want them here anymore, and also from what I heard Miraheze is more well known for these wikis rather than the other wikis as on YouTube when you search the site up more results are about Reception Wikis and nothing else. 1. If the Stewards don't want the wikis anymore, then the other Reception Wikis, which are not apart of Qualitipedia will most likely get closed.
    2. Also, I kinda disagree that Miraheze is well known for these wikis. From what I heard, there are other wikis that are more popular than the Reception Wikis, including AVID Wiki (formerly Closing Logo Groups Wiki) and Polandball Wiki (which is the first Miraheze wiki I have been because I found out the wiki was moving to Miraheze on 2021), a wiki I have been on ever since the FANDOM era of the PB wiki. Yes I know that more results are about Reception Wikis but that doesn't mean they are the most popular wikis on Miraheze.
Keep in mind this is my opinion and my theory if Miraheze doesn't want those wikis anymore. If you disagree, that's fine with me. KumihoWolffey or CameralTea (talk) 16:45, 12 October 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
But people have repeatedly confused Miraheze with the Reception Wikis to the point where the two were almost synonymous. Yes AVID also exists, but isn't associated with Miraheze as strongly as the Reception Wikis are. Blubabluba9990 (talk) 22:08, 12 October 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Because they are still upset about the RfC that closed it. The user who loves human heads on alien/animal bodies in cartoons for no reason (talk to me uwu!) 15:34, 12 October 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
