Hi Jbertscher, Meta:Requests_for_permissions is only for rights on this wiki, not for your wiki. Your wiki is actually closed (which is why you can't edit it), but due to an error the site notice was not updated. If you want your wiki to be re-opened, please make a request on our SN.
