Noticeboard and talk page guidelines

Hi Gundaz aghayev,

I have rolled back your three edits from here on Stewards' noticeboard because they were too problematic (namely, time-consuming) for me to fix manually. Please ensure you follow noticeboard and talk page conventions, such as this one, when replying. In particular:

1. Do not change existing comments, including section headers, except in rare cases;
2. Do not add <nowiki></nowiki> tags around your signature;
3. Sign all your posts with four tildes (~~~~); and,
4. Add your comments at the very bottom, indenting one indentation level further from the preceding comment.

You may re-add your comments following these guidelines if you wish.

Follow up to @Gundaz aghayev:: Having rolled back the edits, I have now re-added your comments in this edit diff, following established talk page conventions.
