Hi! I'm not a wiki creator but I've seen a lot of problems with your wiki request 22930. The main one is that the wiki has no defined scope without padding, and need to have 2 and 3 paragraphs. Instead, the request description have only a question about how to create a wiki. In fact, in Miraheze you can request a wiki for a wiki creator to accept when a valid description is provided.
