Interesting. I made a request, and there was nothing indicating that a complete description was expected in the "Comments" section of the form. However, it appears that requests are routinely denied for reasons along the lines of "Invalid Description" yet there is no field for "description" in the form. It simply says "Comments (e.g. what is your wiki about?)" without any clear indication that a description of the purpose of the requested wiki is in any way critical for the review process. Was not involved in this decision but can only guess that "Miscellaneous musings" was too vague. I am not sure their imprecision is the problem, as opposed to yours, but Community noticeboard is one place to suggest clearer wording on their part. the main issue is that I cannot tell from prior decision what the standards for lack of vagueness are. There is an approved request with the comment/description "Articles" which seems rather vague to me, but I admit to confusion regarding expectations/requirements.
