Hi[edit source]

I just found the Fremantle/BBC co-production endcap on the 1997 Blockbusters. View it right here (just skip to 23:56) For CLG Wiki, you will see this endcap on the All American-Fremantle page and on the BBC Productions page. --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:5007:27A9:3610:5E0A 02:35, 28 May 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi[edit source]

I also just found four more Carlton UK Productions end caps:

  • [1] (skip to 24:45, Tetra Films co-production version from Cone Zone)
  • [2] (skip to 27:27, Reg Grundy Productions co-production version from Celebrity Squares)
  • [3] (skip to 11:29, Celador co-production version, from Talking Telephone Numbers)
  • [4] (skip to 48:51, Celador co-production version, from The Hypnotic World of Paul McKenna)

All four will see the end caps on the second Carlton UK Productions logo on CLG Wiki. --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:3D35:8062:762D:2E9F 11:37, 28 May 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi[edit source]

I have discovered more BBC endcaps. One was from the 1971 logo.

  • [11] (skip to 30:55) (this was from Blankety Blank)
  • [12] (skip to 29:40) (this was from Every Second Counts)

Well let’s regard of the 1988 logo. The regular version, seen on TV Nation, had the same animation from the 1988 BBC Video logo. View it here (skip to 0:02). Normally, the print logo was used. Every Second Counts was another show that just had the copyright notice. And two additional 1988 endcaps:

  • [13] (skip to 28:48) (Hat Trick co-production superimposed variant, from Room 101)
  • [14] (skip to 28:56) (Granada co-production variant, from University Challenge)

Why not just make an account on the CLG Wiki to add these finds? HibiscusCrown20 (talk) 15:54, 30 May 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Because that would be perfect to collect logos. --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:3C1D:A6AB:E43A:CD60 09:27, 4 June 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi[edit source]

Should I put additional photos on the Carlton UK Productions page over the CLG Wiki. The 1st logo's photos:

The 2nd logo's photos:

Hi[edit source]

You are an expert on logos, so I'll bring down the mass additions on the BBC Productions page. The 3rd logo's photos:

  • 1979 (from Fawlty Towers season 2)
  • 1986 (from Lovejoy season 1)
  • 1987 (from Every Second Counts)
  • 1987 (from Bob Loves Opportunity Knocks)

The 5th logo's photos (superimposed):

Also added to 5th logo’s portfolio is the files from other CLG Wiki sites: "WitzEndLogoOne007.png", "WitzEndLogoOne008.png" (both copyright only superimposed versions from Lovejoy), "WitzEndLogoThree003.png", "WitzEndLogoThree004.png" and "WitzEndLogoThree005.png" (superimposed, from Lovejoy) "WitzEndLogoThree002.png", "WitzEndLogoThree008.png", "WitzEndLogoThree009.png" and "WitzEndLogoThree010.png" (both main logos, WitzEnd co-production version from Pie in the Sky), "Reg30.jpeg" (superimposed, Reg Grundy co-production version from Going for Gold) and "Alomo5.jpeg" (main logo, Alomo co-production version, from Birds of a Feather)

The 6th logo's portfolio is from main logos:

Also added to 6th logo's portfolio is "Alomo6.jpeg" and "Alomo7.jpeg" (main logo version, Alomo co-production version from Birds of a Feather), "Hartswood Films (2007).jpg" (Hartswood Films co-production version, also main logo version, from Jekyll) and "Celador and BBC (2001) (From - late 2000s Challenge airing of Winning Lines)" (Main logo, Celador co-production version, from Winning Lines). --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:3C1D:A6AB:E43A:CD60 18:17, 4 June 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

But don't you mean "Celador and BBC (2001) (From - late 2000s Challenge airing of Winning Lines).png". --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:D052:7CFB:23FA:A05F 04:11, 7 June 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi[edit source]

I forgot to add a third logo to the Columbia TriStar Central Productions page on the CLG Wiki.

  • 1998 (from Loved by You, a show that aired from March 10, 1997 to August 27, 1998).

--2600:1700:4300:2C8F:D052:7CFB:23FA:A05F 04:11, 7 June 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi[edit source]

I found the actual 1994 Lightkeeper Productions logo. It goes here, and again it was from On Our Own. --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:B842:4AA5:4D85:988D 05:30, 8 June 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi[edit source]

I just discovered the Objective Productions/BBC endcap, shown on The Alphabet Game, it's shown here (skip to 23:47) and will dually be shown on both the Objective Media Group and the BBC Productions pages over the CLG Wiki. --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:F:395B:1BE4:A98C 13:15, 16 June 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi[edit source]

I found out that they wanted to do change on the CPL Productions page on the CLG Wiki. I was aware that Celador used its logo as early as 1984 on Television Scrabble. View it here (skip to 23:54) And there's another version of the pre-1992 Celador logo on Crazy Comparisons, view it here (skip to 23:09, 1991 Thames Television co-production version). --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:D56C:1291:13FD:E654 00:24, 17 June 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi[edit source]

I'll add additional photos to the 1st Talkback logo. This logo was discovered on Murder Most Horrid (with the 1988 BBC logo, shown here (skip to 9:43, also going to be shown on the 5th BBC superimposed logo), The Day Today (again with the 1988 BBC logo, shown here (skip to 28:51, which also be seen on the 5th BBC Productions superimposed variants page) and Smack the Pony (shown here (skip to 24:11)) --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:AC7A:EF3:82AF:81CC 05:36, 17 June 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi[edit source]

I found new variants of the 5th BBC Productions logo. I discovered the animated variant of the logo (an exact shortened version of the then-current BBC Video logo) on a WVTM airing of TV Nation (shown here (skip to 0:02)), two new copyright-only versions, one from Opportunity Knocks (shown here (skip to 1:08)) and the other from Every Second Counts (shown here (skip to 28:46), the superimposed logo from series 3 of Bottom (shown here (skip to 28:57)) and a main logo variant from The Glam Metal Detectives (shown here (skip to 31:22, Peter Richardson co-production version)). --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:F:395B:1BE4:A98C 11:30, 17 June 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hello[edit source]

I found new variants of the first two Celador logos on the CPL Productions page on CLG Wiki. The 1st Celador logo from 1984 is found on Everybody's Equal (1989, with Thames Twlevision notice) (shown here (skip to 23:05, ignore the "ADC" watermark)), Wild Oats (1993, with Carlton Television disclaimer) (shown here (skip to 1:07)) and Carrott's Commercial Breakdown (1989, with BBC Television notice) (shown here (skip to 47:56)) The 2nd Celador logo from 1992 is shown on two more shows, the standard version is shown on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire (shown here (skip to 22:07)) and on Wow Fab Groovy'’ (1997, with Channel 5 disclaimer) (shown here (skip to 26:21)) --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:89F1:A073:AF1E:2170 02:36, 18 June 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi[edit source]

Let's talk about the 3rd Hat Trick Productions logo on the CLG Wiki. It was originated in its print logo, then on home video releases. --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:61FA:E57A:65C:7539 03:17, 20 June 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi[edit source]

I found one version of the 90s Twenty Twenty TV logo from The Big Story. View it here (Carlton notice, skip to 4:16) --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:EC67:89C1:B78A:F6B8 06:49, 28 June 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi[edit source]

I'll delete the 1st Crave logo, because it was likely a duplicate of the 6th Crave logo. --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:EC67:89C1:B78A:F6B8 13:02, 28 June 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi[edit source]

I want to begin making a Change.org petition so they would get the site back in a few months, so I think "Clarendon Production" was a name of a British production company who produced documentaries in the 1990s and will be posted just as soon as TVARK is due to comeback.

Also too, I am a logo expert, so I discovered a new title card version of the 1988 BBC logo from The Lakes (series 1, 1997). View it here (skip to 47:45) --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:5F5:E2AD:BE12:2BB5 04:22, 14 July 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi[edit source]

I addressed that to the CLG Wiki file that it was from the first episode of No Sweat, and also the BBC logo is glitchy. --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:C5EB:E570:18D9:15C3 19:10, 17 August 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi[edit source]

I found a new version of the Mike Mansfield logo from the show Who Am I. Link [15] (skip to 29:33). --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:AC4B:433F:95F6:7269 00:42, 20 August 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi[edit source]

Should we remove all unnecessary “Benriggers” watermarks from the photos on the BBC Productions pages on CLG wiki Miraheze? --172.127.114.25 02:39, 24 August 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi[edit source]

Should we remake the two files because they are both potato and watermarks? We need to do one in high quality to allow it to the Kudos page, and already granted a request on a talk page. --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:118B:1F83:8D3B:4BD5 15:18, 26 August 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi[edit source]

I am a logo expert, and decided to remove watermarks on photos of an Argentinian VHS logo while awaiting merger for Bazal and Endemol UK/Cheetah. --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:2D99:7331:B112:EEE 03:07, 3 September 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Are you secretly RSX-798? Camenati (talk) 04:46, 3 September 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I may not be. Just chose to remove the watermarks. --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:DC65:4804:9E26:806D 05:55, 25 September 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi[edit source]

I found something missing for the new Thames page. These are:

Hi[edit source]

I accidentally forgot that the Childsplay logo turned up at the end of Eye of the Storm. Source [16] (skip to 0:33). Please ignore the "ADC" watermark. --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:DC65:4804:9E26:806D 19:17, 25 September 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi[edit source]

As work on the revamped Thames page underway on AVID, found two more endcaps to go from the ITV Meridian Productions page:

--2600:1700:4300:2C8F:DC65:4804:9E26:806D 22:00, 26 September 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi[edit source]

As planning on an update to the Thames page in progress in AVID, there is even an earlier LWT production logo from the B&W days. It was a still of the 1968 logo. It exists in color and B&W. There is also another version of the 2nd, now 3rd logo at the end of The Professionals, skip to 50:31. --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:C91E:3D14:CB03:A0CF 05:44, 27 September 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

And a later version of the Professionals LWT endcap (skip to 50:32). --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:C91E:3D14:CB03:A0CF 06:01, 27 September 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
So that would be on the 3rd London Weekend Productions page on AVID. That file should be on the 2nd logo. --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:C91E:3D14:CB03:A0CF 11:31, 27 September 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi[edit source]

I accidentally missed a version of the late 80s Scottish TV logo on another Channel 4 show. Source: goes here. --2600:1700:4300:2C8F:C91E:3D14:CB03:A0CF 11:31, 27 September 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Please note that just because AVID doesn't allow anonymous users to edit that doesn't mean anonymous users should bring their AVID suggestions to Meta. I would recommend either creating an account (which is easy and doesn't even require email confirmation) or asking AVID administrators to allow talkpage edits. Meta is Miraheze's central wiki and shouldn't really be used for suggestions regarding individual wikis. Reception123 (talk) (C) 08:45, 6 November 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
