Be careful[edit source]

Hello, thanks for your comments but it wasn't in the right place. All the best! AlPaD (talk) 19:13, 29 March 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

+1 to this. Thanks, AlPaD for the courteous and friendly manner in which you worded this advice. ApexAgunomu, I know you mean well, but these sort of edits, which it's good in the sense that you did not use racially-insensitive edit summaries or words in the body of the page, are very mildly disruptive and should definitely be avoided. If you want to test, please see the TestWiki community sandbox, reverting your tests when done. :) Dmehus (talk) 01:52, 30 March 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Your welcome! AlPaD (talk) 13:49, 30 March 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hello, please don't create page with random words and create discussion on translated page like you did here. If you want to test, use the TestWiki community sandbox. Thanks, HeartsDo (Talk / Global / Wiki Creator) 11:46, 31 March 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

ApexAgunomu, you're doing quite a bit better than in your earlier edits. I can tell you are genuinely good-faith, but perhaps due to an English language barrier, you're still having some difficulties. I really would like to see you remaining constructive, so if you're finding yourself unable to control yourself from demonstrating competency, I would definitely entertain any self-requested partial (or sitewide, if you preferred) block from Meta Wiki. Talk: namespace seems to be the area generating the most issues, per the above as well your your earlier edits. Feel free to {{ping}} me to let you know if you require a user governor like this. :) Dmehus (talk) 03:08, 1 April 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Hi @Dmehus:, thanks for the message, and after some thought I think it might be best if I'm at least blocked from the Talk space here. Sometimes I tend to do stupid things on a whim without stopping to think of the consequences.
And thank you to AlPad and HeartsDo for your advice too. ApexAgunomu (talk) 06:00, 1 April 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Hello! Could you stop creating pages like this here? Thanks! AlPaD (talk) 07:24, 2 April 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
ApexAgunomu, I do think this would be best, particularly in light of the talk page subpage creation AlPaD identified. Accordingly, your request has been  completed. As per my comments, in order to guide your rehabilitation and community social normalization process in order to stand the best chance to reintegrate you into the community, any unblock request from you should have the support of either (a) at least two Meta administrators or (b) one Meta administrator and one Steward, both inclusive of the unblocking Meta administrator. As a reminder, please keep your global user restriction in mind with respect to user accounts policy. Please {{ping}} me with any questions whatsoever. I will say, though, that your willingness to accept that you require some sort of hard user governor on Meta is definitely a positive step forward. Please continue to progress like this. Hi @Dmehus:, I saw you revert my edit to the noticeboard and said to tell you if I want you to expand my block to the mainspace. I hate to say it, but yes, I think that would be best if you do that. Thank you. ApexAgunomu (talk) 21:58, 3 April 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
ApexAgunomu, Thank you. This very act of you agreeing that you need a continued hard user governor is evidence of incremental improvement, which is a positive step. As well, I did notice you creating your test account on TestWiki earlier today while logged in, in compliance with your global user restriction. That's positive, too. Accordingly, this is
done, with a note that I've taken the liberty to proactively add a few extra namespaces and the remaining companion "talk" namespaces. Though a self-requested block, I would not look to reasonably remove this self-requested block for at least three (3) months, as it's very likely needed, and helpful, for you, at least until then. User account note[edit source]

Hi Apex. While I'm aware there are some who have high hopes for your improvement as per the above, I'm going to leave this message on behalf of both CVT members and other users who are less impressed with your recent track record in evading blocks particularly on Meta and Testwiki, for repeated creation of multiple accounts reverting to essentially the same behavior as before the unlock was granted, for both hitting and going beyond dedicated abusefilters which frankly nobody else on the platform gets as their tool to avoid being locked again, and for recent IP vandalism in particular. You know what I'm referring to, ie, the page created with 'Lol' and other content you know is entirely inappropriate.

I appreciate that you at least self report, but you've been doing this again and again. Between volunteers making abusefilters just for you and locking accounts because you couldn't avoid making them in the first place through VPNs to bypass what you know is a thin line for account creation, this is not persuasive to many people as a sign of progress. Every time you say sorry, you won't do it again, you do it again, be it adding pointless categories, creating accounts or otherwise putting up content which you've been informed countless times is unwelcome. To the less permissive this has every appearance of trolling. To those in good faith it demonstrates severe lack of self control, perhaps extreme CIRness. The objective is to not do 'it' in the first place (any of the things warned countless times about), not do it in a way everyone will see you do it before you then undo whatever it is you know was a violation of terms or global policy. I repeat that nobody has gotten the grace from CVT as you have, and if you want it to continue and not have your unlock status be overridden by less impressed people, you need to stop. You know what it is. I'm sure you'll say something to the effect of 'I won't do it again'. Don't. Just don't do it again. Otherwise this will become either a significant discussion within CVT and the Steward team, or if that is inconclusive the issue will have to be put to the community. Again, don't promise - just put a lid on these things. There have been too many warnings and too much leeway. --Raidarr (talk) 18:16, 9 June 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
