Reason: I'd like to apply for sysop even though I'm new because I've noticed how small the sysop group is and I think I could be a good extension to the current team. During recent issues with vandalism and where things required a sysop-attention there can be a long wait for sysop attention when I've been around and could have been helpful but had to wait for a sysop to turn up which was in cases hours later.

Additional comments: I also have been helping Miraheze on Phab and Github and I use this nick on IRC/Discord/Wikimedia/Github and probably a few more things if you want to check on anything I've done elsewhere or ask me anything. If you spot an account using RhinosF1 and aren't sure if it's me, please ask.
