This account is managed by Recap Time Squad members for use in the Squad Wiki, particularly in some operations that require automated API calls, including:

• periodic wiki backups from DataDump
• automatic provisioning and deprovisioning of user flags to squad members and trusted community members per mh:recaptime:Handbook:Wiki_management/Miraheze/User_flag_provisioning
• antispam measures that require the use of AutoWikiBrowser and third-party tools outside the regular available extensions.

There are some cases where this bot account might be lurking around by a human, so in case an action is taken by human using this, please notify on its Meta talk page.

In case of emergencies (especially on malfunction), an admin can trigger a temporary user block within the wiki temporarily and notify ~ajhalili2006 immediately.
