This account is part of the CreateWiki extension for MediaWiki software and it is not owned by any user. Its sole purpose is to notify the wiki requestor and any associated wiki creators that have commented on the wiki request when the approved wiki has been created and to give an AI approval score via the job queue on a MediaWiki appserver.
