@MrJaroslavik: I'm assuming this is a test of the new template, which looks fine and which is a simplified improvement over the previous. My only suggestion would actually be to display the full wiki address in the wiki parameter (as with before in the substituted template. It should just involve piping the link in the {{WikiAdoptionRequest}} template). The reason being is because it (a) makes the link more prominent and visible and (b) clearly identifies it as an interwiki link. Other than that, LGTM.
