    @Tiresias: According to the wiki's Special:AncientPages, the wiki was recently edited (Dec 19) and not 60 days ago. This is a post-migration bug. Unfortunately it's not enough to give advanced permissions for, as Miraheze has a fairly high bar for account identity and I'd need to have been familiar with the account/Discord alias prior to losing it for me to make the call. To get advanced permissions, you can start a local election requesting administrator and bureaucrat rights, which would be about a week of time to verify that there is no dispute and give me rationale to promote you there. Requests that just talk about an old wiki being restored are usually declined.) and then file a Phabricator task asking for the contents of the old wiki to be imported onto this new wiki.     @Perropappa: unfortunately, for this process I must mark X mark.svg Not done because it seems the database of the wiki has already been dropped. Dropped databases are uploaded in clusters onto archive.org; unfortunately these tend to be big files on a slow server connection with many databases to eventually extract the one, and you'd need an idea of when the wiki was last available to know which dump would be correct. The 'dump' includes an XML file of the wiki (assuming it was public; if it was private, I'm afraid it is truly lost). Any images I'm afraid would not be available, but if it was public the text should be preserved if you can locate it. When you say it has "more potential than [you] initially thought," do you mean you have previously contributed to this wiki, under a prior account (locked or unlocked)? Otherwise, I'm not quite sure what you mean. Secondarily, the other concern I have is that you seem to be requesting, whether at requests for reopening wikis or stewards' noticeboard, to be requesting to adopt/reopen quite a lot of wikis, some of which you've made few or no contributions to. Please note that per Dormancy Policy, a user may not request to adopt or otherwise have reopened every wiki (which includes, in Stewards' discretion, a large number of wikis).     @Dmehus: I initially thought the wiki was a bad idea because you can't really create good pages about why sports are bad and it's not fair to criticise people for being bad at sports. However, I then realised that the wiki could also be used to talk about teams and individuals that are known for not playing fairly, along with bad moments in sport history.     @Balofo2: For future reference, please make new requests by clicking the "Add Request" button as you copied the request at the very top, didn't remove the "not done" template from it and forgot to change some of the links from the wiki on the old request to this new request. Requests at the very top are often ignored as they're considered done so for your sake, please use the "Add Request" button next time. Now, while the wiki can be reopened, I would like to note that reopening a wiki does not equal you automatically gaining bureaucrat and sysop on the wiki.     @Balofo2: I've Yes check.svg reopened the wiki. In addition to Agent's advisement I intend to follow up with you on the account issues. You can either start a local election per above to regain rights in that way, or attempt to recover your account through alternate means - though, the first step for that is seeing if you have saved any of the one-time recovery codes you should have seen when first adding 2FA.     Tannerzm, it looks like thalaswakewiki was, unfortunately, closed, deleted, and dropped in this batch of deleted wikis in accordance with Dormancy Policy. As a private wiki, it would not be included in the publicly available Internet Archive backups that Reception123 does, but it may be in his private wiki backups. Your images won't be restorable, unfortunately, if you had any that is, as those aren't backed up. This page is for (non-bureaucrat) people who are unable to open wikis but are interested in contributing to them. As the founder and primary contributor, it is your responsibility to keep it open by making contributions either consistently/with the help of any volunteers, or intermittently if you lack the time/community to be persistent (once every month would do the job). If you develop enough material on the wiki this way and there is quite a bit to come back to, you may request an exemption that will keep the wiki open on its own for much longer.     @WindowsXP4Ever: I appreciate your enthusiasm, but in this case the wiki was manually closed and merged off to a broader Retro Windows wiki (which you acknowledged). It has the same style, management and structure as the original + allows the same amount of XP content plus other retro systems, and so what you are requesting would create a fork that directly competes with its purpose - not all items require their dedicated wiki, if a broader one fully accommodates.     @Raidarr:Thank you for letting me explain, because the new wiki themes I want to open are all based on parody of Wikimedia Foundation's website, and the unbooks that had a dispute recently is also one of them. Therefore, I want to transfer some articles of unbooks to this adopted website before the dispute is completely resolved and subsided. After all, the original author of the articles of unbooks is myself, and there is no plagiarism problem of unauthorized reprinting.
    If such an intention is not permitted, then the new topic could also include geography articles, since the Wikimedia Foundation also has a wikivoyage where I can independently theme my own geography articles on uncyclopedia.
    "Activation management" means that I want to appoint assistant administrators to help update articles frequently, maintain the editorial volume, and attract new users to browse and edit, instead of a halted website. Maybe I used Chinese vocabulary to directly translate the result. unclear meaning.
