Requests for Comment/Main Page/Extension

Hello, I'm here to propose to the community, the creation of a unique extension that gives an original style to the main page of Meta, something like in translatewiki.net where they developed a unique extension for that wiki, which is also more interactive What do you think? I think that is a very specific task and that a Request for Comment would not have any effect unless a developer is interested in doing this in the first place. Reception123 (talk) (C) 08:02, 5 December 2018 (UTC)
Very true, but, it is something that I think, it would give a very different image to the main page of Miraheze, the first thing that a user sees, I say, to my opinion, the current one is not very attractive GOTILON - Talk - Contributions 21:06, 6 December 2018 (UTC)
Why "a unique extension" (which means to me software to enhance MediaWiki) that affects only one page, rather than working the desired "original style" into the coding of the page itself? A useful exercise might be for you to render in your userspace the main page of Meta to show exactly what you believe is missing, and perhaps even illustrate why additional software rather than just new graphics and markup would be required.
