Requests for Comment/Globally mutual interwiki links among all Miraheze wikis

Community consensus isn't needed to implement this, we haven't looked into it because it has always been very low priority compared to other things. An RfC would change nothing in respect to implementing it. John (talk) 12:52, 3 August 2018 (UTC)

Hi, and I'm posting another RfC for having globally mutual interwiki links among all Miraheze wikis.

It's well known that all Wikia wikis can be linked by a general interwiki prefix "c:WIKINAME:," mutually and globally, and I'd like to request for a similar mutual global interwiki among all Miraheze wikis.

I know there are concerns regarding spams, but, IMO, Mirahze wikis should be trusted, and not be regarded as a spam (unless there's a valid reason).

Proposal 1[edit | edit source]

  1. The format should be: c:WIKINAME:
  2. The configurations should be done by sysadmins.
  3. Since it's a double redirect, you can choose to have local (direct) interwiki links to other Miraheze wikis and make a request to an interwiki administrators, if necessary.
