- Nominator does not meet requirements outlined in Global bans#Requirements and so this RfC is closed as invalid. Agent Isai Talk to me! 15:44, 30 September 2022 (UTC)

Note: This is a second attempt at requesting a global ban for @Blubabluba9990, the first attempt can be seen at the previous global ban RfC
Even after Bluba was blocked on Qualitipedia Meta, he continues to disruptively whine at Stewards' noticeboard, where he claims that his block was "unfair" (but in reality, it is fair), which could constitutes WP:BOOMERANG and continues to misuse RfCs like this one. He also defends his unhealthy obsession on reception wikis with lies saying "I'm not obsessed" where it is obsessed, more evidently at posts on Bukkit's talk page and his global user page, suggesting Bluba is WP:IDHT disruptive contributor. Proposal 1[edit | edit source]
Blubabluba9990 is globally banned, but appeals can be made after 6 months or more by emailing stewardsmiraheze.org. TF3RDL (talk | contribs | FANDOM | Wikipedia) 12:38, 30 September 2022 (UTC)
Support[edit | edit source]
Strong support as proposer. TF3RDL (talk | contribs | FANDOM | Wikipedia) 12:38, 30 September 2022 (UTC)
Strong support He also thinks EVERY page needs to be archived when it shouldn't. His RfC to allow forks are basically evading the QP shutdown and essentially Ctrl+c and Ctrl+P pages. I have talked to him about this, but this response warrants unesscary answers. He also have violated Godwin's law several times, and trying to talk sense into him has just turned into talking into a brick wall. Sorry, Bluba, but this is for your own good. Abstain[edit | edit source]
Oppose[edit | edit source]
Oppose Why is this RfC even necessary though? --DarkMatterMan4500 (talk) (contribs) 12:45, 30 September 2022 (UTC)
Oppose Even though you guys are annoyed by him for his protests about the reception wikis being shutdown. Unless he did disruptive editing and/or behavior, he shouldn't be fully globally blocked just because you guys hate him. Nidoking (talk) 13:48, 30 September 2022 (UTC)
Oppose Quoting the page on global bans: "Global bans by the community are generally done in extreme cases where the user has engaged in severe cross-wiki abuse, has persistently disrupted various Miraheze projects, and where remediation attempts to address any behavior deemed an issue have failed." ApexAgunomu, the last user who received a global ban, abused several accounts, disrupted many wikis intentionally, and possibly spammed a death threat copypasta on IRC. In contrast, the only wikis I know of that this user disrupted is Qualitipedia (which is now closed) and this wiki (only on Stewards' noticeboard). Obviously, the disruption he caused isn't intentional, but out of competence issues, which shouldn't be handled by sanctions. Tali64³ (talk) 14:32, 30 September 2022 (UTC)
Strongest oppose The user fails the requirements for initiating a global ban, as much as I agree with the RfC. ZeusDeeGoose (talk) 15:08, 30 September 2022 (UTC)
Comments[edit | edit source]
Comment: I don't see how this is even necessary to ban him on the basis of him not understanding what's being said to him. This could only work if he's disrupting the process repeatedly. --DarkMatterMan4500 (talk) (contribs) 12:50, 30 September 2022 (UTC)
