根據2017年1月的意見徵求，開放代理不得用於匿名編輯Miraheze站點。 開放代理一經發現即被全域封鎖，但登入使用者仍可自由編輯。受到全域封鎖影響的使用者可以聯絡Miraheze監管員申請建立帳號。
