Usefulness of This Page

R4356th I would be fine with an deleting Meta:Babel and removing it from the translation system once the page deletion has been completed, then either recreate Meta:Babel as an {{interwiki redirect}} to the Babel extension (or other suitable MediaWiki.org documentation page). We should leave this discussion open for several days to see if anyone objects to deleting it, but I have no objection. Procedurally, we should probably move discussion to Meta:Administrators' noticeboard, though, as if the page is ultimately deleted, this talk page will be an orphaned talk page. Thanks. I thought about it some more, and if we end up recreating Meta:Babel as a useful {{interwiki redirect}}, then it would only be an orphaned talk page for mere seconds, so it can probably stay here, unless other users feel an interwiki redirect wouldn't be needed and we should just update the links in the applicable interface messages. Sabelöga and R4356th As the other participants in this discussion, and since no one else raised any objections or alternate ideas to elimination of the subject page, I've now
 completed this request by turning the subject page into an soft {{interwiki redirect}} to this section of the Babel documentation page. One other idea I had was to potentially transcluding that section from the MediaWiki.org documentation page. We could also potentially employ the applicable parser function (i.e., #if:/#switch:) to transclude the applicable translation subpages, which would still eliminate the need for manually translating the page.
