Miraheze上的全域管理员是帮助监管员支持社区的用户，他们主要与社区合作解决他们在本地维基面临的问题、清理破坏行为、尽可能防止破坏行为并执行Miraheze的全域方针。

本地干扰
只有在以下情况下，全域管理员才应行使其职权：

- View detailed abuse log entries
- Create or modify global abuse filters
- Modify abuse filters with restricted actions
- Revert all changes by a given abuse filter
- View abuse filters
- Use higher limits in API queries
- Not be affected by IP-based rate limits
- Automatically log in with an external user account
- Have one's own edits automatically marked as patrolled
- Block or unblock other users from editing
- Block or unblock a user from sending email
- Search deleted pages
- Administrate user-submitted comments
- Delete pages
- View deleted history entries, without their associated text
- View deleted text and changes between deleted revisions
- Delete and undelete specific log entries
- Delete and undelete specific revisions of pages
- Edit pages
- Edit all user pages
- Update other users' social profiles
- Edit pages protected as "Allow only administrators"
- Edit pages protected as "Allow only autoconfirmed users"
- Delete Structured Discussions topics and posts
- Hide Structured Discussions topics and posts
- Bypass IP blocks, auto-blocks and range blocks
- Retrieve information about IP addresses attached to revisions or log entries
- Access a full view of the IP information attached to revisions or log entries
- Mark rolled-back edits as bot edits
- Merge the history of pages
- Mark edits as minor
- Move pages
- Move category pages
- Move root user pages
- Move pages with their subpages
- Move files
- Not have minor edits to discussion pages trigger the new messages prompt
- Not be affected by rate limits
- Mass delete pages
- View recent changes patrol marks
- Change protection settings and edit cascade-protected pages

- Quickly rollback the edits of the last user who edited a particular page
- Perform CAPTCHA-triggering actions without having to go through the CAPTCHA
- Not create redirects from source pages when moving pages

如何加入全域管理员

In addition, Global Sysops are required to have two-factor authentication enabled on their user accounts in order to perform certain Global Sysop-restricted functions and may have the right revoked temporarily from their account if they do not.
取消
不活跃
不以某种形式（反破坏行为、锁定滥用用户等）参与全域管理员职责的全域管理员成员，持续6个月将被视为不活动，其全域管理员权限将被监管员取消。
不信任投票
全域社群可以随时发起不信任投票或要求除名。为了通过，它需要：
至少有10位早于相关权限请求注册的用户分享他们的观点
- 至少有50%的支持率
- 从开始到现在已经过去了一个星期
不信任投票或移除请求必须包括用户请求移除一个全域管理员成员的原因，并且不仅仅由投票数决定。
紧急除权
在公然误用权利或滥用权利的情况下，监管员员可以自行决定将用户从全域管理员中删除，而无需社区投票。如果发生这种情况，用户必须接受不信任的投票，同时他们的权利被暂时删除，只有在不信任投票未通过时，他们的权利才能被添加回来。这只应在极端情况下使用，不应在非紧急情况下替代不信任投票。
重新附加权限
一旦某个全域管理员的权限因任何原因被撤销，他们必须成功地发出满足上述标准的请求，才能重新获得权限。
