Mirahezeのグローバル管理者（global-sysop）は、スチュワードともにコミュニティの支援したり､コミュニティと協力し、ローカルで直面している問題に対処（荒らしへの対応など）をして、可能ならばそれを防ぎ、Mirahezeのグローバルポリシーの施行をサポートします。

Create or modify global abuse filters
Modify abuse filters with restricted actions
Revert all changes by a given abuse filter

グローバル管理者メンバーのアクションのリストはoncvtwikiにあります。このページは読み取りホワイトリストにあり、すべての利用者に表示されます。

登用されるまで

グローバル管理者に任命される為には､Requests for global permissionsでのリクエストが必要です。コミュニティは、リクエストについての議論(賛成/反対/棄権/コメント)が出来ます。次の場合、信任されたと見なされます。

10人以上のユーザーが意見を共有する事。
成功する為に、必要な賛成票の割合の下限は80%です。
議論の開始から一週間経過する事。

In addition, Global Sysops are required to have two-factor authentication enabled on their user accounts in order to perform certain Global Sysop-restricted functions and may have the right revoked temporarily from their account if they do not.

権限の失効

不活発

何らかの形(荒らし、スパムアカウントのロックなど)でグローバル管理者の職務に6か月間参加しないグローバル管理者メンバーは、非アクティブと見なされ、スチュワードによってグローバル管理者の権限が取り消されます。

解任投票

グローバルコミュニティは、何時でも不信任投票又は、権限の除去要求を開始出来ます。以下の場合、信任されたと見なされます。

ユーザー10名以上が賛否を述べていること。
信任する為に、必要な賛成票の割合の下限は50%です。
議論の開始から一週間経過後

不信任決議または剥奪の要求には、ユーザーがグローバル管理者メンバーの剥奪を要求している理由を含める必要があり、投票数だけで決定されるわけではありません。

緊急の権限剥奪

露骨な権限の乱用または権力の乱用の場合、スチュワードはコミュニティの投票なしに、その裁量で利用者をグローバル管理者から剥奪することができます。これが発生した場合、ユーザーは一時的に権限が剥奪されている間、不信任決議を受ける必要があり、不信任決議が通過しない場合にのみ、利用者の権利を追加することができます。これは極端な場合にのみ使用されるべきであり、緊急でない状況での不信任決議に取って代わるべきではありません。

権限の再付与

グローバル管理者が何らかの理由で権限を取り消された場合、権限を取り戻すには、上記の基準を満たすリクエストを成功させる必要があります。
