The Abuse Team group was created to allow some members of the Staff team to lock accounts, globally block IPs, manage wikis and change user rights globally while ensuring it is all centrally logged on Meta instead of having the ability to do it globally via a global group. This user group was created to respond to wiki-abuse
miraheze.org emails.

Right for the global group
The global user group grants user the following rights:

These user rights allows staff to do so. Also allows staff to undelete if they deleted pages by error or the problem is solved. |
