Following the closure of the two discussions on the Community noticeboard and Admins' noticeboard, you are prohibited from:

Could you also explain why ShoutWiki doesn't work and if everyone has agreed to move or it's a spin off? I need a wiki to work on, and the wiki en.ultipedia.shoutwiki.con does not have InstantCommons enabled, and imports and exports are not allowed there. I need to choose Miraheze to import Wikipedia dumps and also, I am the only user there so it is the founders choice if the database has to be moved. @RhinosF1: Znotch190711 _{(Contribs - My wiki - CA)} 15:27, 24 July 2019 (UTC)
