Please note that I have reverted your good-faith request for bureaucrat. Meta:Requests for permissions is for local permissions on Meta only. You probably want to either (a) request the bureaucrat bit on a local wiki or (b) request your own wiki. If the former, please visit the local wiki, typing Special:ListUsers/bureaucrat into the search bar, and contact the most recently active bureaucrat on the wiki. If none are active within a reasonable period of time, you can then reach out to a Steward on next steps. If the latter, please see Special:RequestWiki to request a wiki, taking care to define a clear purpose and scope for your wiki in a few sentences.
