Recent wiki request

Hi,

Just a note regarding Special:RequestWikiQueue/5584 - the information would be visible to anyone, as any user can access the RequestWikiQueue and view any request. Amanda Catherine (talk) 19:43, 13 August 2018 (UTC)

@CnocBride: I don't really understand what happened here. It's a private wiki, so it would naturally have some sort of confidential information. Why decline? Reception123 (talk) (C) 10:08, 14 August 2018 (UTC)

@Reception123: I didn't deny out of the fact that it was "confidential information". Let me give you an example of what I meant. When I go to visit the doctor, that is confidential information. If I want to set up a wiki on Miraheze to keep my doctor information organized, I would put down in the wiki request form "Confidential Doctors Notes", I would have approved a wiki like that. I just believe "Confidential information" is slightly too vague. Wasn't denying out of the fact that were was going to be confidential information, if you get what I mean. That’s not a spam account. The statement on their user page translates to “I forgot my password and I abandoned because I did not register my email address.” - so I’d assume that they are referring to the other account which is linked. Also the abuse filter hits for the account are just because they tried to edit their old account’s user page, and don’t yet have 30 edits with the new account. It is Japanese. Personally speaking, I've never seen spammers using Japanese so far (maybe because there are lots of human vandals instead), and human vandals tend to attack several pages at a time (which will result in repeated actions).
